Click & Collect - FREE
Passing the store or live nearby? Then our Click and Collect option might be up your street. You do the shopping, we'll do the picking, the packing and the making everything look pretty, ready for your collection. Please wait for a text or email confirming your order is ready for collection to avoid disappointment.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £75
*Cut off time for orders to be posted on the same day 3pm. Orders placed after this time may not be posted on the same day.
We hope you love your parcel and that you are over the moon with your order. Not the perfect fit after all? Not a problem. On the rare occasion you may need to return an item please follow the advice below.
Returning an item
Please send the item back within 14 days of placing an order. Upon receiving the goods from you we will issue you a full refund to the card you paid with once we have checked the returned items. Full refunds will be issued, minus any initial postage costs as long as the following requirements are met. Please note refunds can take up to 30 days depending on your bank. Our refund policy applies to all website, social media, paypal and telephone sales.
- Item is returned unworn, unwashed and all the tags must be attached and there are no other signs that the item has been worn.
- A copy of your invoice or returns slip is required to identify your order. If you do not have this then please email email@example.com
- Cost of return postage is the customers responsibility. We recommend using an signed for insured delivery service for your protection. We require proof of postage. If a return does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage unfortunately we will be unable to refund you.
- Any postage costs paid when sending out your order will not be refunded.
